This is pure high quality 99% Propanol (n-Propyl Alcohol) for scientific and laboratory applications. For disinfection, according to National Institute of Health, 70% Propyl Alcohol actually works better than 70% Isopropyl Alcohol (rubbing alcohol) or 70% Ethyl Alcohol (grain alcohol). In fact, even 60% Propanol is more effective. So you get more bang for the buck. We charge shipping for only the first bottle. Additional bottles are shipped free. Ethyl Acetate 99%, 2 x 500ml bottles (1 liter, or 32 oz total)
From Wikipedia: Ethyl acetate (systematically ethyl ethanoate, commonly abbreviated EtOAc, ETAC or EA) is the organic compound with the formula CH3−COO−CH2−CH3, simplified to C4H8O2. This colorless liquid has a characteristic sweet smell (similar to pear drops) and is used in glues, nail polish removers, and in the decaffeination process of tea and coffee. Ethyl acetate is the ester of ethanol and acetic acid; it is manufactured on a large scale for use as a solvent. Ethyl acetate is used primarily as a solvent and diluent, being favored because of its low cost, low toxicity, and agreeable odor. For example, it is commonly used to clean circuit boards and in some nail varnish removers (acetone is also used). Coffee beans and tea leaves are decaffeinated with this solvent (when supercritical CO2 extraction is not possible). It is also used in paints as an activator or hardener. Ethyl acetate is present in confectionery, perfumes, and fruits. In perfumes, it evaporates quickly, leaving only the scent of the perfume on the skin. At Gemlite company, we use a small amount of it to give our melon Fragrance Concentrate (FC) a lift in its top note. For the prevention of detrimental health effects of benzene-homologs instead of xylene, National Institute of Health recommends the use of Ethyl Acetate for the embedding process of tissue specimen. Now you can have a full liter (about 32 oz) of Ethyl Acetate for a most reasonable price. As usual, we do not charge additional shipping if you buy additional liters.
